The address will be the same as the address on your resident card. Here is an example of a typical Japanese address. When entering your address, please make sure to input it exactly as what is written on your residence card.

The app will automatically generate your Prefecture and Municipality. You will only need to input the Sub-area - block - house number as 赤坂２−６−１４
If the address is apartment number 234, input the apartment, suite, or unit as 234.
