Common reasons for trouble with document verification are:
1. The GIG-A app has not been given permission to access your camera app. You can change the permission settings from your phone's settings.

2. You may have problems with your internet connectivity. Please ensure you are in an area with stable connectivity. You will also need to be connected to your mobile network to receive passcodes via text message.

3. It is possible the document is not fully visible. Please make sure the room is well lit and hold your camera steady. This way the camera can focus on the details of the image clearly. Also, make sure the sides of the document are not covered by your fingers.
