Your selfie needs to match your ID and all the info on your document needs to match the info you entered on our app exactly.

First, position your face to fit the circle on the screen.
Once done, open your mouth slightly until the circle turns green.
When the circle turns completely green, the verification process is completed.

It's important to ensure that the image of your face is clear. To do so, use a white or off-white background without any shadows, texture, or lines. Additionally, avoid having hard light shining directly on your face or directly overhead.
