Repeated incorrect login attempts might result in a 24-hour lockout due to security reasons. For assistance, please reach out to support@gigabank.jp or click on the chat icon at the bottom right corner of the screen and provide your email.


There are several reasons why your bank account could be suspended, including:

  • Lack of activity: If your account has been inactive for a certain period of time, it may get suspended.

  • Unpaid monthly fee for GIG-A services.

  • Failure to provide identification: If you fail to provide the necessary updated identification documents required, your account may be suspended.

  • Fraudulent activity: If there is suspicion that there has been fraudulent activity on your account, we may suspend it to prevent further loss.

  • Suspicious transactions: If there are any suspicious transactions on your account, we may suspend it until we can investigate further.

  • Incorrect account information: If we have incorrect or outdated information for your account, they may suspend it until the information is updated.

Please check your email and support chat on the app to check for any communication from GIG-A. In case we needed you to provide us with some legally required documents or such and did not get them in time, we may have had to follow regulations and suspend your account.

Will my funds be frozen during the account suspension?

Depending on the reason for the suspension, your funds may be frozen during the suspension period. This means that you will not be able to withdraw or transfer any money until the suspension is resolved.

Can I still use my cash card if my account is suspended?

If your account is suspended, you will not be able to use your cash card.
