Your PIN code will be sent by 本人限定受取郵便 (ID confirmation mail delivery). You will first receive a notification letter that your mail has arrived at your local post office.
Please refer to the following steps on how to schedule the delivery of your PIN code mail:
1. Scan the QR code located on the notification letter.
2. You will access the JP Post website for scheduling a delivery.
3. If you scroll down, there will be a button to press that says "schedule your delivery in English".
4. Follow the instructions on screen to schedule delivery of your mail.
