The most common reasons for personal information rejection are:

1. Mismatched name
2. Missing information in address

Mismatched Name
When entering your name, please make sure to enter the correct name in the correct field (e.g. First Name, Last Name, Middle Name). After entering your name, you will be able to select the order in which your name appears on your identification document. If your correct name is not appearing, please go back and check if your name was entered correctly.

For Japanese nationals, please enter your name in Japanese characters, not Romaji.

Missing information in Address
Please enter your address the same way it appears on your identification document. This means that you should enter your address in Japanese characters.

An easy way to have access to your address on your phone is to keep a memo of your address in your phone. Doing so means that you will be able to copy and paste the correct address into the app.
