During the identity verification process, please check the most common reasons why photos are declined:

1. Wrong ID Document: Please make sure you are using the correct form of ID specified in the app for verification.
2. Poor Lighting: Check your surroundings for a proper light source that makes it easy to see your document or face clearly.
3. Poor Focus: When taking a picture of your ID document or face, try moving your phone back and forth to allow the camera to focus.
4. Wearing Accessories: Facial accessories such as sunglasses will hinder the process of facial verification. Regular spectacles can still be worn during identification.
5. Background Noise: Are other people caught in your photo? Please make sure that you are the only person in the photo when taking it.
