Please reach out to the police and make a report.

If you used a platform to buy something (like Amazon, Mericari, or Rakuten) please also fill in a report on the platform.
If the money has left your account with GIG-A, then we cannot call it back. Your option to resolve the situation is to report it to the sales platform or the police.
