It can take up to 2 working days for the money to arrive. If it's been less than that please give it some more time.

You can check the transaction status by tapping on it in Recent transactions.
Then, you can see the status in the Transaction details.

If it has been in Pending status for a few days, please check your messages from GIG-A, we may need extra info from you. If the transaction is in Sent status, but it has been over 2 business days and the money still has not arrived, please get in touch with us.
