Here are some common reasons why transfers may be canceled:

  1. Mistake in the recipient's name.

    1. Please take note of the characters used in the name of the recipient. Some of them look alike so it is easy to mistake the correct character for another.

  2. Mistake in the recipient's account number.

    1. Japanese bank accounts should only have 7 numbers.

    2. When looking for your bank account number, refer to your cashbook and look for the 7 digits under 口座番号.

    3. In the event of JPPost Bank users, enter the first 7 numbers of the bank account number. E.g. Instead of entering 12345671, enter 1234567.

If your transfer has been canceled, don't worry - your money will be returned to your account. If you are still having difficulty, please don't hesitate to contact us with your transaction details so that we can assist you further.
