iOS Users:

  1. On the login page, please tap on the "Need help?" button

  2. Tap on "I forgot my password" to initiate the password recovery process.

    1. If you have not successfully made an account with GIG-A (e.g. still in the process of application), you will be able to reset the password by yourself.

    2. If you have successfully made an account with GIG-A, you will be required to submit a picture of your ID Document for verificaiton purposes.

      1. Please submit the picture of your ID Document to our Customer Support team through the GIG-A app or via email.

Android User:

  1. Please contact GIG-A Customer Support directly through the chat function of our app.

    1. If you have not successfully made an account with GIG-A (e.g. still in the process of application), you will be able to reset the password by yourself.

    2. If you have successfully made an account with GIG-A, you will be required to submit a picture of your ID Document for verificaiton purposes.

      1. Please submit the picture of your ID Document to our Customer Support team through the GIG-A app or via email.

For quicker support, send an email to support@gigabank.jp with the subject line:

"I have forgotten my password," from the email you used during your GIG-A registration.
