If you have lost your phone and SIM, please go to your phone provider and request a new SIM for the same phone number.

If that is not possible please reach out to GIG-A via support@gigabank.jp email mentioning you cannot access the phone number you used to register.

If you are having trouble receiving the OTP verification code, please refer to I’m not receiving a verification code.
