No need to worry! Your GIG-A account can only be opened with your registered username and password. We will also send an OTP to you via text to log in.

We also recommend you contact your phone provider to temporarily close your phone number if your SIM card is lost. Once you have a new phone and SIM you can reactivate your phone number and use it to log in to your accounts.
