To close your account, go to My profile then, choose Close account.

Please ensure your account is emptied before closing it (Please refer to How do I empty my account so I can close it?). Once done we will send a verification code to your registered email to close your account.

Once you close your account, you will not be able to access your account details or view your transaction history. Closing your GIG-A account is permanent and irreversible.
